We are delighted to have Neuro Leadership Coach, Dave Sewell returning to Future of Business in July. Dave introduces a new way of looking at culture; understanding where toxicity comes from and how to identify if elements of it are present in an organisation.
Author of Safe Leadership – beating stress to drive performance, Dave explains the four reward hormones in the brain that shape our behaviour when we are calm and positive. When we face stressful situations we shift into flight, fight, freeze or forget mode and stop working at peak performance. Dave coaches
leaders and colleagues to recognise the signs in each of those stages so they can help and support teams to move back to a positive (and performing) state as quickly as possible.
