The Spark: Awakening Compassionate Presence
This Spark is a 4 week journey to awaken ourselves into the fullness of being. In this course, we explore Mindfulness Meditation techniques to help us learn how to become more present in daily life and to help awaken our deepest, wisest compassionate self. Each week, we will journey through practical mindfulness mediation tools and topics to begin or deepen our meditation practice. This course is open to beginners and anyone who wants to awaken compassionate presence within their daily lives.
Each week will include a talk, meditation, time for questions and answers. These sessions will be held indoors in North Coogee. This is a Dana based course which means it is free and donations will collected at the end of sessions. There is an admin fee to secure your spot as this is a small course offering.

The Wise Heart: Awakening Compassionate Presence
Week 3 Monday 11 July 6:30-7:30pm
Integration: Bringing your practice into the world
Week 4 Monday 18 July 6:30-7:30pm
Course attendees should commit to all 4 sessions to receive the greatest benefits, however if you'd like to join and can't make all sessions, just contact me to let me know.

- Journal & pen (in case you feel like writing anything down)
