In this introductory workshop we will look at how the Alexander Technique works to give you choice in how you go about your daily activities. We so often find ourselves stuck in a vicious circle of stressful feeling and thoughts. Working with images is one way you can harness the power of your imagination to bring about subtle changes in your muscle tone that can in turn trigger feelings of greater wellbeing, which in turn make you feel better in your body...And after a short tea break we will finish with the practice of Constructive Rest.
