This masterclass is designed for people leaders at all levels who want to develop their intuition to:

• Make more confident decisions in high-stakes situations.
• Balance rational analysis with intuitive insight for better, or simply different, outcomes.
• Improve self-trust and presence, making you a more effective and grounded leader.

What is this masterclass about?

Intuition is a powerful but often overlooked tool in leadership. In this 90-minute live virtual session, you will explore how your decision-making changes when you use your intuition. Through a mix of theory, self-reflection, and practical exercises, you will learn what intuition is, why it is important and how to tune into this intuitive voice more often.

What will you learn?

In this masterclass, you will:
✔ Learn about the physiological state that give you access to intuitive thinking.
✔ Understand how your decision-making changes when you use your intuition.
✔ Develop techniques to tune into your intuitive voice.

Session format & expectations

• Format: Live virtual session on Microsoft Teams
• Group Size: Approx. 6–12 participants for an intimate, interactive experience
• Language: English
• Engagement: This is a highly interactive session, including breakout room discussions and reflection exercises. Participants should ensure they can be fully present, with no distractions or competing commitments.
