Thriving through the Stages: Oamaru Menopause Conference
Event description
Women spend up to half of their lives in the stages of menopause, and we believe that understanding our bodies and the changes they go through is key to making empowered health and lifestyle decisions.
Whether you're curious about what perimenopause might look like, navigating the ups and downs of changing hormones, going through medically induced menopause, or postmenopausal and wanting to thrive in this new phase — there’s something here for you.
This day-long conference will provide a chance to listen and learn with our incredible lineup of knowledgeable and experienced keynote speakers. There will also be smaller group sessions for an opportunity to share, practice some practical strategies, and find a community of like-minded women going through a similar stage of life.
