Event description

Hello beautiful

Join me for the fifth of our seven-part workshop series, where we'll open the energy of the Throat Chakra through Tea, Journal Prompts, Yoga (including pranayama & meditation), and Sound Healing. You'll receive an intuitively picked throat-opening crystal gift and tea this session.

The Throat Chakra, Visuddha in Sanskrit, is associated with the throat, but also the tongue, lips, cheeks, jaw, and ears, as well as the back and lower part of the neck, and even the shoulders. So if you have any reoccurring issues with these areas, this is the session for you! The Visuddha is associated with COMMUNICATION, self-expression, and the ability to speak YOUR personal truth.

In this intimate Friday evening gathering, we will begin with self-reflection and inner exploration through journal prompts tailored to tap into where there may be an imbalance in your throat chakra.

Next, we will tap into practices that will help balance and activate the throat chakra. I'll guide you through a meditation, yoga flow, with pranayama (breathwork) and we will finish with some throat activation techniques, to create space for the energy to flow through the throat space.

We'll wind down with a sound & energy healing, channeled to open the energy of the throat chakra.
