''Thru the Looking Glass'' offers us a portal to dance through the 5Rhythms Shadow Map.
Each Rhythm has a shadow side. Neither good or bad, both dark and light, the Shadows reveal our truth. Dancing the Shadows truly brings us back to centre. It is a divine practice.
I can't wait to meet you in the dance and dive deeply together into our darkness, for it is in this unfolding we realise our brightest truth.
