Hands up who wants to learn lino cutting and printing!!
Remember making lino prints in high school? Maybe you have never had the chance and always wanted to try it?
Come to Wild Learning on Thursday afternoons for a mini course this April and learn the 3 stages of lino print art!
- Creating your design
- Cutting the lino
- Printing your art on paper or fabric
Our Thursday group is a warm, welcoming small group of people who enjoy conversation and trying new creative activities and cheering each other on as we learn and make gorgeous things! If you are looking for a low pressure atmosphere with the opportunity to learn hands on art skills - come and join us for Thursday art this April
Please bring:
- Everything provided!
- You are welcome to bring fabric items to print on in week three - for example t-shirts, tea towels or lengths of cotton fabric.
Suitable for:
- Beginners and people looking to try new creative activities in a social setting
- Lino cutting does involve gripping a sharp tool, so may not be suitable for people with hand pain
- Adults and high school students
