Set against the wild beauty of the Southern Ocean, Tides of Taste x Singlefile brings together four acclaimed chefs for an extraordinary culinary experience in the spectacular surrounds of Maitraya Retreat Homestead.

This exclusive culinary collaboration features Evan Hayter of de’sendent in Margaret River and Luke Burgess of Scholé in Hobart, the respective winners of Gourmet Traveller’s 2026 Best Restaurant for Western Australia and Tasmania. Joining them are Paul “Yoda” Iskov of Fervor and Sofika Boulton of Sonny’s and Bar Lyla, coming together to celebrate exceptional Great Southern produce.

Enjoy substantial canapés from each of the chefs, an abundant Leeuwin Coast Albany Rock Oyster Bar with 'Oyster King' Jerry Fraser and Tom Betti shucking, premium wines from Singlefile, beers from Boston Brewing Co. and Mable Fox Cider, all set against one of the region’s most breathtaking coastal backdrops.

A return bus from Albany Visitor Centre to the event and back is available. Please purchase a bus ticket when you are purchasing an event ticket if you would like to include bus transport.
