Event description

Come together for the Tasmanian Land Conservancy's (TLC) Annual General Meeting 2024, where we'll unveil our Annual Report, celebrate our accomplishments and those who support us, and this year, we will be introducing the organisation's fourth CEO, Dr Katherine Tuft.

The general business of the AGM will include opening remarks from TLC Board Chair, Julian von Bibra and a report from CEO, James Hattam on the incredible year it has been. Honorary Life Memberships will be awarded for the significant contributions they've made to our community. 

Following the formalities, James Hattam will hold a conversation with incoming CEO Dr Katherine Tuft. 

At the conclusion of the evening please join us for cake and sparkling wine to celebrate the year, our Honorary Life Members and welcome Dr Katherine Tuft.

When: Thursday 21st November 4pm - 6:30pm
Where: Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources (CCAMLR), 181 Macquarie Street, Hobart

Places are limited, so register quickly to join the event and celebrations. Registration closes 11pm 16th November or when fully booked.

The AGM agenda and papers will be provided prior to the AGM to registered attendees and the Annual Report will be available digitally or in hard copy at the event.

Please note there is no onsite parking for this event. Parking can be found in the surrounding streets subject to parking restrictions or in off-street parking facilities nearby. 

There will be a photographer present at this event. Any images captured will be used in TLC publications and media. If you do not want your photo taken, please let us know; otherwise, we will assume we may use photographs that include you. 

The TLC acknowledges the original owners of the land, the palawa pakana people, and we pay our respects to elders past and present.
