Tone List presents Jameson Feakes: fox terrier album launch

Free-folk and ambient music to celebrate the launch of the 46th Tone List edition: Jameson Feakes’ latest solo album fox terrier.

Jameson Feakes has spent years synthesising a vast range of influences into a personal approach on the instrument. Warm, expressive and melodic, his sound is nonetheless shaped by acute research into fringe trajectories for the guitar, from reductionist improvisation to American primitivism and the avant-garde end of modern jazz.

We are most pleased to be releasing the latest document of his stunning, singular music, fox terrier. The album’s limited physical edition comes as a C-90 split-release with his previous digital album, “do a good deed every day”.

Jameson is supported by storytime, the solo ambient project of Hannah Woolley (Lyndon Blue, Monday Out to Lunch, et al).
