Tools and techniques for fostering respectful relationships

Over the past 30 years, Innovative Resources has created many card sets that explore the strengths, skills and personal qualities that build and foster healthy relationships.

We’ve developed this 90-minute workshop as a deep-dive into some of these resources and how they can spark important conversations about what makes relationships thrive.  

What is a respectful relationship? How do we sustain relationships and repair them when things go pear-shaped? How do we know if we’re being inclusive? What are the strengths that can build and maintain respectful relationships?
