501 Prime is an upscale, casual restaurant in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Our focus is on bringing high quality food, spirits, and wine in a casual atmosphere with friendly, non-intrusive service. A more intimate evening can be experienced in our main dining downstairs or at the oyster bar located on the first floor. Our upstairs dining area in the Bourbon Bar provides a livelier environment and showcases our vast Bourbon Selection - close to 450 and counting. On the same floor we have private dining for parties up to 40 and a very chill patio for enjoying after dinner cocktails.
