9:30am — Rotation 1 (Groups 1 & 2 on stations 1 & 2 / Groups 3 & 4 on stations 3 & 4)
10:05am — Rotation 2 (Groups swap within their pair)
10:40am — Water break
10:55am — Rotation 3 (All groups move to their remaining two stations)
11:30am — Rotation 4 (Groups swap within their pair)
12:05pm — Lunch break (BYO — 35 min)
12:40pm — P3 Recovery block (ice baths, compression boots, stretching, mobility, showers)
1:30pm — Q&A
1:40pm — AFL Academy presentation
