TrailerFit's very own spring edition, Track Meet!
What is TrailerFit Track Meet
This event is designed for the everyday athlete, giving you an opportunity to test your strength, endurance, grit, and teamwork. The 60-minute workout includes a 20-minute section [Section A] that will be measured and featured on our very own leaderboard. The rest of the session [Sections A & B] is about challenging yourself, tackling something new with your team. There's less pressure on time, with more focus on movement, effort, and experience.
The Workout:
Section A : 400m Track efforts [ 20mins ]
Section B : Ergs + DB efforts [ 20mins ]
Section C: Strength + Ergs efforts [ 20mins ]

Who is this for?
TrailerFit workouts are designed to challenge you, so we recommend having a base level of fitness. That said, don’t overthink it. We believe, and have seen time and time again, that with the right mindset, you’re capable of more than you think. Locking in is the hardest part. So grab your team, back yourself, and get ready to hit the track!!

FAQ 1 – When do i get my official start time?
TrailerFit collects all the teams, and randomly creates wave start times, these start times roll every 20mins from 09:00AM onwards.
FAQ 2 – What happens if a team mate drops out?
That is totally fine, you can sub in a team mate at any time, once you get to the event update our staff and sign the event waiver.
FAQ 3 – How do i train for TrailerFit events?
Check out our mini event day simulation workouts, taking over local gyms to join forces with their community and prepare you all properly.
