A two-hour journey within that encompasses essential techniques of tantra hatha practice–empowering Ujjayi pranayama, asana, bandha, kriya meditation/visualization & mantra. 🙏

A healing meditation follows, returning to the essence of joy with live Sound Healing. Symphonic Gongs, singing bowls, drum, monochord & chimes will induce calm, release stress and promote deep rest. This beautiful practice will guide you to unwind and refresh you physically, mentally & emotionally. 🎵💫
