During this 3-hour workshop, you'll be gently guided through the Transformational Breath Method using Conscious Connected Breathing (continuous inhales and exhales), complemented by soothing somatic bodywork.

This gentle yet powerful breath method helps you bypass the analytical mind, fostering a deeper connection with your body and heart. It allows mental and emotional blocks to gently surface and be released with compassion.

You'll have the opportunity to experience and release what has been unconsciously held within your body. This is a sacred space for all parts of yourself to emerge, honoring the healing process that begins with allowing yourself to feel.
