Date: December 2nd for 6 weeks

What is TC-TSY?

TC-TSY has deep roots in hatha yoga and is an evidence-based clinical intervention for complex, developmental trauma or chronic, treatment-resistant PTSD. It is different from the fast paced, fitness styled yoga you may have tried or practice. TC-TSY utilises five core components: shared authentic experience, non-coercion, choice-making, interoception, and invitational language. No yoga experience required but please read through FAQ on our website

After booking completion you will enrolled in the online learning platform where you will be asked to complete registration details. TC-TSY is not group or talk therapy ~ Learn more at https://www.atec.vic.edu.au/co...

Why online?

No need to travel - join from a location of your choice whether that's home or at a park. All you need is internet connection, access to Zoom, a chair and some space to move. Cameras can be on or off during practice.
