The training will assist ECEC educators and teachers to recognise trauma and the effects on child development, understand the principles of trauma informed care and recognise the importance of self care techniques for educators when working with children impacted by trauma

    Anjie is a highly experienced educator with more than 30 years of leadership across the education, early childhood, and youth sectors. Throughout her career, she has been committed to supporting children and young people who are vulnerable or who require additional supports and targeted interventions to thrive. Anjie is the Co‑Chair of the WA and NT State Leadership Team, contributing to the high‑quality implementation of the Pyramid Model for supporting the social and emotional competence in children and families.
