This collaboration of love is curated to open us to vulnerability and move stagnant energy - it's not just a regular dance event, but finally a gathering to interact and CONNECT with like-minded souls!
We start with deep breathwork to relax the nervous system, followed with somatic movement to open up the body, then interactive activities to connect with new people, and we end with an epic dance party! Also, don't forget to indulge at the Healing Lounge when you're not moving ;)
