Cacao is packed full of vitamins and minerals and increases blood flow to the brain which helps to strengthen awareness and focus. It helps the body to heal, detoxify and to give your immune system a good boost. Cacao’s heart-opening properties are often attributed to its high levels of theobromine, a mild stimulant that’s believed to temporarily boost mood.

Our ceremonies also include Triyoga flows, Breathwork and Meditation that helps bring you into an altered state.

In Yogic Philosophy, the Trimurti is a concept of trinity used to illustrate the natural (and cosmic) life cycle functions of:

Creation (growth, expansion)

Preservation (balance)

Destruction (decay, contraction)

Trimurti* means “three forms” in Sanskrit and is the culmination of three Hindu gods: Brahma the Creator of life Vishnu the Preserver/ Maintainer/ Sustainer of life Shiva the Destroyer of life (aka Siva) This triad of gods together united as one represents the supreme god/ divine force of the cosmos.

In this 4.5 hour workshop we will explore Trimurti and through the practice of Tri yoga flows, breath, meditation, cacao, dance / movement, sound and chanting begin to cultivate deep presence as well as a deeper connection to our hearts leaving you feeling more balanced, calm and joyful.

ANANDAMINE - anandamine in Sanskrit means BLISS - and is a bliss chemical that is found in the brain and in cacao that brings you literally into a state of bliss also known as that euphoric felling.
SEROTONIN – cacao increases the production of serotonin in the body, in turn turning up the dial on the HAPPY feeling.
TRYPTOPHAN – the precursor to serotonin. Tryptophan is great for elevation of mood, alleviates depression and anxiety.
THEOBROMINE – theobromine (directly translates to “food of the gods”) stimulates heart and mind, increases your energy, focus and concentration. HOW? it is similar to that coffee like kick, but smoother and without the crash.
