Some more about Fit for 2:

Fit For 2 is a pregnancy and mums fitness program, focusing on strength and stability functional training. This involves body weight, pilates, weights and resistance bands. The program is pelvic floor safe and allows you build your core again safely from the inside out, whatever stage of motherhood or pregnancy you're in.

No experience needed, just bring an exercise mat and we'll take care of the rest. It's a baby and child friendly session and they are more than welcome to join in on the action.

Whether you're keen to ease back into fitness safely or just want an excuse to get out of the house with your bub, this is the perfect low pressure place to start.
