About 
Are you someone passionate about change-making, social & environmental impact, and doing business for 'good'?! If so, join us at our next Queensland Social Enterprise Council (QSEC) Townsville & North Queensland Network Meetup.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build relationships with other change-driven leaders, get exposure for your own initiative or be exposed to others, and share fruitful discussions with like-minded people who have similar values and goals to create a better Townsville & North Queensland Community through social impact & social enterprise.

 Who Should Attend:

You don't have to be operating a social enterprise to attend. You might be someone who has an interest in social enterprise and social impact. Or maybe you have an idea or an interest in starting your own or collaborating with others. Or you might just love connecting with people who share the same values. Regardless, come along, and bring a friend if you like. Both members and non-member of QSEC are welcome

Attendance will be limited to 20 attendees to ensure that we comply with COVID Safe Plan requirements in place at the chosen venue.

• DATE: Friday September 24, 2021
• TIME: 4-5:30pm (if you are late that is OK, we understand).

• To be determined. We are open to your suggestions! Currently speaking to Co Habitat Co Working Space and Townsville Business Development Centre about in kind venue support.

Cost:

• $5.00 includes drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) and nibbles

Ricky Esterquest is the current Regional Champion for the Townsville & North QLD Region. Ricky is currently the Managing Partner of Towards Better, a boutique social enterprise that brings out the best in individuals with disabilities and communities through “Good Life” strategies. As Regional Champion, Ricky believes that the region is only as good as the sum of all its parts. Therefore, he is committed to ensuring that the fantastic skills, gifts and passions of the individuals, businesses and communities in the region are uncovered, connected, and empowered to create lasting social impact.
