Enter a serene environment designed to nurture your mind, body, and soul with Shane Downing. At Soul Support Holistic Wellness, we believe that you are inherently well and complete at your core. Your inner light, divine essence, and overall wellness remain intact, even if they are sometimes obscured by life experiences. With your permission, we will work through these distortions, focusing on clearing them.

🌿🌿Our Studio Room Features:

• A bathroom for clients attending events

• Airconditioned Studio

• Weekly rotating offerings (allow up to 2 hours per session)

• *Sound Journeys:** Immerse yourself in the transformative vibrations of crystal bowls, didgeridoo, flutes, and angelic vocals for deep relaxation and stress relief.

• *Shamanic Practices & Meditation:** Ancient techniques that promote mental clarity, personal growth, and emotional balance.

• *Shamanic Breath. SPIRITUS Breathwork:** A blend of breath, sound, movement, somatics, and shamanic energies that guide the body into altered states of consciousness. This practice activates the sympathetic nervous system and completes interrupted cycles caused by past traumas or chronic stress, supporting the body through its restorative phase to return to homeostasis.

**Shamanic Drumming Circles - Dates to be advised.**

• Inspire heart-centered living and emotional healing.

• Empower personal growth and inner connection.

🌿🌿Reconnect with yourself in a nurturing, uplifting environment and connect to your heart and soul.

🌿🌿 Cancellations / Session Transfers: 🌿🌿

• No Refunds: Transfers to an alternative date are available.

• If you have made a booking and are unable to attend, please text Shane at 0425 214 288 to notify him. This allows him to offer your spot to someone else and arrange a new date for your session transfer.

• Cancellations or transfers made with at least 24 hours' notice will not incur any fees.

• If you fail to inform Shane, cancel, or do not attend your scheduled session, the full payment for that session will be forfeited to secure your spot.

Pay at the door (by cash is preferred)

• $40pp per session. (Sound Journeys, Shamanic Practices & Meditation)

• *$50pp per session (Shamanic Breath) 
  Please Note: * Events with cacao incur an additional fee to cover the cost of cacao. This is covered in the cost above.

Pay By Credit Card:

• $45pp per session (inc tax) + Humanitix Booking Fee. (Sound Journey, Shamanic Practices & Meditation)

• *$55pp per session (inc tax) + Humanitix Booking Fee. (Shamanic Breath)

  • Please Note: * Events with cacao incur an additional fee to cover the cost of Cacao. This is covered in the cost above.

• General Admission Bulk Booking: 8 Weekly Sessions to be used within a 8 consecutive weeks. Please discuss with Shane so he can organise the dates with you. Thank you)  

  • $380 inc Tax & Humanitix Booking Fee

🌿🌿What to Bring:🌿🌿

At Soul Support Holistic Wellness Studio. Yoga mats, small blankets, cups and bolsters are all provided. However, if you feel more comfortable feel free to bring your own.

Bring your own, water bottle, a journal and pen to capture your journey, and a small crystal to place on your mat (if desired).

Remember to bring a towel for Breathwork as you may need it.
