Welcome to Tuesday Evenings at Soul Support Holistic Wellness Studio in Morisset, (Lake Macquarie) NSW, 2264.

Our Studio is located at 18 Newcastle St, Morisset, NSW, 2264, The studio offers various wellness sessions weekly on Tuesday evenings 2026.

At Soul Support Holistic Wellness, we hold the belief that you are inherently whole and well at your core. Your inner light, divine essence, and overall wellness remain intact, even if they may be momentarily hidden by life’s experiences. With your consent, we will collaborate to address these distortions, concentrating on clearing them away.

Alternating weeks - See schedule below limited to 6 participants:

Workshops, Meditation & Sound Journeys (6:30 PM - 8:00 PM)
- Meditation, and transformative vibrations of Shamanic drums, Tibetan bowls, Crystal bowls, Didgeridoo, Flutes, Ocean drum, Tibetan gong for deep relaxation.
- Guided Meditation: Ancient techniques that promote mental clarity, personal growth, and emotional balance.
- Workshops: From time to time we will include workshop topics on a Tuesday evening. Then conclude with a sound journey. (see schedule for dates)
Shamanic Sound Journey (6:30 PM - 8:00 PM)
- Immerse yourself in the transformative vibrations of Shamanic drums, Tibetan bowls, Crystal bowls, Didgeridoo, Flutes, Ocean drum, Tibetan gong for deep relaxation.
Session Fees:

$30pp for Meditation and Sound Journeys
$55pp for Tuesday Evening Workshop w cacao or Tea.
Credit card chargers apply to bookings available via Humanitix + booking fees

Purpose of these sessions together:

Reconnect with Yourself: Immerse yourself in a nurturing and uplifting environment that encourages a deep connection with your heart and soul.
Alleviate Mental Health Challenges: Address issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, fear, and sadness.
Support During Spiritual Awakening: Provide assistance throughout your Spiritual Awakening and during the Dark Nights of the Soul.
Inspire Heart-Centered Living: Foster emotional healing and promote a lifestyle rooted in compassion and love.
Empower Personal Growth: Encourage personal development and strengthen your inner connection.

Healing Room: A serene space for holistic practices designed to nurture mind, body, and soul, featuring sound journeys, guided meditations, and breathwork.

Studio is facing north west and receives amazing sunrises and sunsets. The studio is lit by natural light through the studio windows and doors.
We have an abundance of wild birds that visit us daily.
The studio is equipped with a bathroom and air conditioning to ensure your visit is comfortable.
Smells amazing with earthy scents from sage, candles and earthy scents burning within the room.

What to Bring: Water bottle, journal and pen, crystal (optional), a towel for breath work to lay on in summer or type your face.

Whats supplied: Yoga Mats, Blankets, Bolsters, (cups for cacao during Breathwork).

Cancellations/Transfers:

No refunds, but sessions can be transferred with 24 hours' notice. If you don't show up for your booked session. You agree to forfeit 100% session payment.

Direct Deposit Payment

After selection your ticket to secure your place. Line 1 in Humanitix. Payments can be made by cash on the night or via direct deposit into my business account.

💚 A little information about Kylie: Kylie enjoys creating spaces with sound and working within energy that brings healing to the body and soul. Previously, Kylie worked in the corporate sector within Finance. However, Kylie departed from that field after discovering her true calling and is now dedicated to living a life centered around this transformative work.

Introducing Shane

💚 A little information about Shane: he is a Shamanic Energy Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator (SPIRITUS), and Shamanic Sound Journey Facilitator. In his practice, Shane collaborates with clients to address the root causes of trauma, personal narratives, and the associated energies. After discovering his true calling and is now dedicated to living a life centered around the transformative work of Shamanism, Sound Healing and Breath work.
