Tuesday Yoga Classes at Recentre
Join me for an evening Japanese Yoga class to help you shake off the day and find your centre again.
Start the class with some Yang movements/poses (gently lengthen and strengthen) to counteract everyday bad posture + tension held in the body, then flow into a Yin phase (fluid, subtle) to deeply wind down and allow for more space and clarity in your mind.
Some students describe it as being "like a moving meditation", and that it makes them feel really in their body and in the moment - "to give a break to my overactive mind"...

It's a meridian-based practice (with roots in ancient Yoga, and elements of Zen, Qigong and The 5 Element Theory).
+++Every last Tuesday of the month, you're invited to stay back an extra 15mins for a mix of guided meditation, breathwork, deep relaxation (all optional).
