90 minute Dru Yoga Class designed to boost your immunity and keep you calm during the COVID-19 situation
The class will be live streamed (using Zoom) into your home via computer, ipad or smart phone.
What to expect:
- Special Dru yoga practices to boost physical, emotional and mental well being
- Simple practical tools to help you stay grounded and overcome fear and anxiety at this time of unease
- Fun activations to get you moving and smiling.
- Energy Block Release - A Dru signature sequence to create energy flow and increase vitality
- Yoga postures and sequences to help you stretch out tight muscles, ease back pain and maintain good flexibility
- Modifications and options to suit your level
- Deep relaxation to leave you feeling nurtured and rejuvenated
- Breathing practices and a short Meditation to bring stillness and clarity to your mind
- Yoga wisdom to help you cope with the current challenges and adopt a positive mindset
Plus an option 15 minutes of connection and wisdom sharing to help us feel connected, loved, supported by each other and part of a tribe that cares about community. We might be physically isolated but we can still be socially connected.
