Winter is over and it's time to wake up your body.

As the days get warmer, we'll build strength, confidence and serious twerk skills through seven weeks of conditioning, twerk steps, technique and choreography. Whether you're returning or joining us for the first time, this is your chance to move, sweat, laugh and grow with an incredible community.

🍑 6pm Conditioning & Steps (50 min)

Build strong foundations through mobility, strength, coordination and twerk technique.

This class focuses on developing the physical skills that make your movement stronger, safer and more controlled.

Expect:

Muscle activation
Mobility & flexibility
Strength and endurance training
Coordination drills
Twerk technique & basic steps
Booty-burning conditioning designed to support your choreography

🔥 7pm Choreography Class (60 min)

Put your technique into practice while learning fun, challenging routines in a supportive environment.

Each week explores a different musical style, keeping every class fresh and exciting.

Styles include:

✨ Sensual Twerk
