Event description

Are you interested in improving your well-being and coping skills?

UC Medical and Counselling Centre is running a FREE weekly psych skill workshop for UC students.

Each week one of our Psychologists will work with students on building a new set of skills and the tools to manage a range of challenges students face today – such as goal setting, connecting with others, managing stress, and overcoming procrastination.

Topics will vary week by week. Click here to view upcoming weekly topics. Regular attendees will be able to request specific themes of interest.

Register now to reserve your spot in the group. Meeting ID and Passcode to the group will be provided upon registration. If you have any questions or enquiries, please contact Beniah at UC Medical and Counselling Centre at beniah.colbourn@canberra.edu.au or on (02) 6201 2351.
