UCREW Collegiate Conference

CREW Iowa is excited to be hosting the 2025 UCREW Collegiate Conference on Friday, September 19 from 8:45 am-4:30 pm in West Des Moines, IA. The conference will provide hands-on insight into careers in the commercial real estate industry through career roundtable discussions, property tours, and engaging in networking with many of Des Moines’ most highly regarded commercial real estate professionals. This event is open to ANY & ALL college students and their professors or advisors. Breakfast, lunch and light hors d’oeuvres will be provided.

CREW Iowa is sponsoring $2,000 in scholarship funds. One $1,000 scholarship will be available to apply for, and two additional $500 scholarships will be awarded by drawing day of the event. The application link (for the $1,000 scholarship) will be included in your registration confirmation email. Applications are due by 11:59pm on September 17, 2025. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please email crewiowa@crewiowa.org for assistance. All scholarship winners will be announced at 4:00 pm during the happy hour portion of the conference. Students must be present to win.

CONFERENCE FAQ

Q: Where's the scholarship application?

• You'll receive a link to the scholarship application in the event confirmation email from Humanitix after you complete register for the conference. If you don't see this email within 24 hours, email crewiowa@crewiowa.org for assistance.

Q: What's the dress code?

• Business casual. We will be touring a construction site in the afternoon, so please plan to wear or change into pants and closed toe shoes.

Q: What time should I arrive?

• Plan to arrive at 8:45am. We'll get started right at 9:00!

Q: What food will be served?

• We'll have a light continental breakfast with coffee & pastries, as well as a deli buffet for lunch. We'll make sure to account for any dietary restrictions noted in your registration as well.

Q: I want to attend, but I don't have a way to get there. Can you help?
