Travel instructions

The two venues for the events are located on the University of Sydney Camperdown campus. Limited accessible parking is available. For other drivers, parking on campus is extremely limited during this time, so arriving by alternative transport is recommended. Further information can be found at https://maps.sydney.edu.au

Entry instructions

Susan Wakil Health Building is on Western Avenue. Enter through the main entrance on ground level (this is level 2), there is gently sloping pathway to access this entrance. Then either go up the stairs on the left, or go past the concierge to the elevators on the right. Seminar 304 is located on level 3. Fisher Library is on University Place. Enter through the main entrance on ground level (this is level 3), there are a couple of stairs and ramp to access this entrance. Then turn right to find the elevators and stairs. Go down to level 2. Beside the elevators is the Division of Teaching and Learning offices, please buzz for entry. Please contact us if you would like assistance to find the rooms on the day.

Hazards

Please note there is extensive construction underway in the vicinity of the Susan Wakil Health Building. This does not affect the roads, but may affect the sidewalks, necessitating crossing at various places due to some sidewalks being blocked. This is variable day to day.

Toilet location

Susan Wakil Health Building, nearby to the event room, there are all gender accessible toilets on levels 2 and 3. Fisher Library, nearby to the event room, there are all gender accessible toilets on levels 1 and 2.

Accessible parking

Susan Wakil Health Building: there is an accessible parking drop off area on Western Avenue directly outside the building, and very limited accessible parking approx 90m from the building on Regimental Crescent. Fisher Library: there is very limited accessible parking on University Place directly outside the building, and approx 50m further along the road, outside the Chau Chak Wing Museum.
