Cake check in begins at 10 a.m. on the University of Montana Oval. Sampling will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with five minute sampling waves assigned when you deliver your cake.

Cake Swap participants must bring one qualifying whole cake that is uncut, shelf stable, placed on a sturdy cake board, and accompanied by the cake name and a complete ingredient list. Our team will use the ingredient list to identify and label major allergens at check in. Cheesecakes, pies, cupcakes, and cakes requiring refrigeration will not be accepted. Spectator tickets do not include their own cake sampling or a sample box.

Once your cake is accepted, you will receive your event wristband and sample box.
