Unconscious Bias - FREE Professional Development
Event description
Join us for an insightful workshop on Unconscious Bias, designed to raise awareness of how unconscious biases shape our perceptions of others, influence how we interpret behaviours, and contribute to the formation of stereotypes. Because these biases operate outside of our conscious awareness, this session aims to bring them into conscious view, creating space for reflection and meaningful behavioural change.
This workshop is created and facilitated by Tonia Fahey, Consultant Senior School Psychologist with the Primary, Early Childhood and Education Support Branch, Statewide Services, Department of Education.
