Thank you for booking with the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney.

Meet at the Calyx, our horticultural display centre, from 9 am. Introduce yourself to our front of house staff, who will check your ticket and instruct you where to wait for your guide. The Leaf Department Cafe is open from 8 am and toilets including disabled toilets are accessible at the Calyx from 8 am. Please come prepared for a 1 hour and 30 minute walk.

The Calyx is in the centre of the garden, approximately 5 minutes walk from the Woolloomooloo gate, 10 minutes from the Henry Lawson Gate and 15 minutes from the QEII Gate next to the Opera House. If entering via the Morshead, Palace or Conservatorium Gates on Macquarie st, participants are either required to work down a long flight of stairs (approx. 5-10 minutes to the Calyx) or walk via the Greenway Terrace next to the Conservatorium of Music which adds an additional 15 minutes walking time. Walks go ahead in all weather except during extreme weather events involving electrical storms, gale force winds and/or torrential rain.
