About Grace de Camara:
Grace is a psychologist, ADHD specialist, and co-author of What Lies Beneath Matters, a series of workbooks designed to support individuals with ADHD. She is also the developer of The OnTrac Program, a structured, CBT-based program tailored to different age groups to help individuals with ADHD improve executive functioning and daily life skills.
With a strong focus on psychoeducation and evidence-based strategies, Grace is passionate about debunking myths surrounding ADHD and empowering individuals, families, and educators with the knowledge and tools they need to navigate ADHD effectively.
