Description

Despite growing awareness, misconceptions about ADHD continue to fuel misunderstanding and stigma. 

This Neurodiversity Celebration Week, Join Grace da Camara, psychologist, ADHD specialist, and co-author of What Lies Beneath Matters, along with Dr. Bennett, her daughter and mental health advocate, for a discussion on ADHD and neurodiversity.

Dr. Bennett, who has a special interest in mental health, co-authored What Lies Beneath Matters alongside Grace—a series of workbooks designed to support individuals with ADHD.

About Grace de Camara:

Grace is a psychologist, ADHD specialist, and co-author of What Lies Beneath Matters, a series of workbooks designed to support individuals with ADHD. She is also the developer of The OnTrac Program, a structured, CBT-based program tailored to different age groups to help individuals with ADHD improve executive functioning and daily life skills.

With a strong focus on psychoeducation and evidence-based strategies, Grace is passionate about debunking myths surrounding ADHD and empowering individuals, families, and educators with the knowledge and tools they need to navigate ADHD effectively. She offers ADHD screening, parent and professional workshops, and one-on-one support to help individuals better understand and manage their challenges.
