Viking Cooking School Demonstration Dinner
Event description
Join us for a Creole Jazz-inspired demo cooking class by the Viking Cooking School! This year, we are having a special guest, Melissa Townsend, New Orleans cocktail expert of Milk Punch Media to show us how to mix New Orleans' famous Sazerac and learn the story behind the classic cocktail! We will learn how to make Cajun Pickled Shrimp, Chicken and Andouille Gumbo with rice, Blackened Pork Tenderloin with Sweet Potato Biscuits and Creole Mustard Sauce and Bread Pudding! Tickets are $125 each, and funds go directly to supporting our 11 local non-profits. Special thanks to the Viking Cooking School and Melissa Townsend for supporting this event!
