About this event:
Not everyone thrives in the spotlight, but that doesn’t mean you lack influence or presence. Quiet Power is an interactive workshop designed to help you harness your natural strengths, refine your communication style, and confidently navigate professional and personal interactions. Led by Niamh O’Brien this session draws on research-backed insights and practical exercises to help you build presence, speak with impact, and own your strengths — without needing to be the loudest in the room.

What We’ll Cover:

1. Letting Your Excellence Speak for You:
- Unpack the research on strengths-based growth and personal branding.
- Reflect on your unique strengths and how to leverage them effectively.

2. The Beauty of Speaking Well Rather than a Lot:
- Explore the difference between positive and negative language.
- Learn when and how to vary tone and voice to create more impact.

3. The Power of Physical Engagement & Presence:
- Discover the science behind body language and non-verbal cues.
- Learn how small shifts in posture, gestures, and eye contact can enhance your presence.

4. The Value of Being Your Own Champion
- Understand how the nervous system influences confidence and performance under pressure.
- Learn practical strategies to manage anxiety and self-doubt.
- Explore tools for self-regulation and advocacy in high-stakes situations.

This workshop is ideal for professionals, introverts, emerging leaders, and anyone looking to enhance their communication and leadership presence — without changing who they are.
