    Event description

In collaboration with Workforce Australia Local Jobs - Murray and South East in the lead up to the Murraylands Jobs and Skills Showcase 2024:

JFA Purple Orange’s Unlocking Inclusivity: Disability Inclusion and Recruitment training will build your confidence and capacity to become an inclusive and accessible employer. You will come away with practical tips on how to overcome barriers to employment for people with disability.

    Why Attend?

Did you know that only 53% of working-age disabled Australians are currently employed, compared to 83% of non-disabled Australians? Our training sessions provide insights into overcoming barriers and offer practical solutions to create a more inclusive workplace. By attending, you contribute to breaking down these barriers, allowing individuals with disabilities to bring their unique perspectives and skills to your team.

    Who Should Attend?

This online workshop is designed for employers and anyone involved in hiring and onboarding across all industries. Whether you have minimal prior knowledge of disability or significant experience in the sector, both training sessions offer a fresh perspective.
