We spend so much time asking, "What should I do with my business?" that we often forget to ask a much more important question:

What do I actually want my life to look like?

In this practical and thought-provoking workshop, Yvonne Summer takes business owners back to themselves first - their strengths, their natural abilities, their "superpowers", what they love to do and what gives them energy.

From there, participants explore what their ideal or dream life could actually look like - not just the business they want to build, but the life they want that business to support.

Once you know where you want to go, business decisions become much clearer.

Instead of asking, "Should I grow?", "Should I employ someone?", "Should I take on this customer?" or "What should my business look like?", you can ask:

"Will this take me closer to the life I want - or further away from it?"

That becomes the measure for future decisions.

Growth may be part of the answer. It may not. Bigger isn't always better. Sometimes the answer is better systems, different hours, more delegation, higher prices, fewer customers, a different business model — or simply doing more of what you love and less of what you don't.

Yvonne doesn't tell business owners what their business or life should look like. She asks the questions that help them work that out for themselves.

You'll leave with greater clarity about what you're actually building towards and a simple framework you can continue using to make business decisions that support the life you want to live.

When you know what you're building your business for, the decisions become a whole lot clearer.
