From there, participants explore what their ideal or dream life could actually look like - not just the business they want to build, but the life they want that business to support.

Once you know where you want to go, business decisions become much clearer.

Instead of asking, "Should I grow?", "Should I employ someone?", "Should I take on this customer?" or "What should my business look like?", you can ask:

"Will this take me closer to the life I want - or further away from it?"

That becomes the measure for future decisions.

Growth may be part of the answer. It may not. Bigger isn't always better. Sometimes the answer is better systems, different hours, more delegation, higher prices, fewer customers, a different business model — or simply doing more of what you love and less of what you don't.
