Step out of winter’s cocoon and awaken into the vibrant energy of spring at our Spring Yin Yoga Workshop, inspired by the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the transformative Metal and Wood Elements.

As the earth stirs and daylight lengthens, this practice invites you to gently shake off winter’s stillness, restore balance, and welcome clarity, growth, and vitality. Through yin yoga, breathwork, and sound healing, you’ll create space in both body and mind to ground deeply while opening to fresh possibilities.

𝗡𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗱 this workshop is designed for everyone, whether you’ve practiced yoga for years or are stepping onto the mat for the very first time. In Yin Yoga, we slow things down using simple, supported poses held for a few minutes at a time. This allows your body to deeply relax while gently releasing tension from the connective tissues. You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or “good” at yoga; just bring yourself and an open mind.
