PAA Members: earn 2.5 PDPs
DESCRIPTION
Unwinding the Core explores the body-wide core through the lens of the Deep Front Line and related fascial connections between the legs, pelvis, spine and breath.
With psoas major at its centre, and with iliacus, quadratus lumborum, pectineus and psoas minor contributing to the surrounding tracks, these relationships support uplift from within, ease of movement and a more integrated connection between structure, breath and inner support.
Unwinding the Core explores how restrictive movement patterns can be softened and reorganised through specifically selected FAMO Fascia Movement exercises that nourish, enliven and integrate the myofascial core from the outside-in.
These concepts and movement strategies can be applied directly within your teaching or clinical practice the very next day!
Anatomy Trains myofascial meridians in the spotlight:
Primary: Deep Front Line
Secondary: Lateral Line, Front Arm Lines + Back Arm Lines
FLOW OF THE WORKSHOP
