This two-day workshop equips participants with Myofascial Release (MFR) techniques to address stiffness in the jaw, cervical spine, and arms, targeting common clinical issues like TMJ dysfunction, cervicogenic headaches, lateral/medial epicondylitis, thoracic outlet syndrome, and shoulder mobility restrictions.

Key areas covered:

Muscles for Arms

  • Brachial Fascia, Triceps, Extensor/Flexor compartments
  • Retinaculum of the wrist, Palmar Fascia

Muscles for TMJ

  • Lateral/Medial Pterygoids, Masseter (Superficial/Deep)
  • Temporalis, Fascia of the Palate

Muscles for Neck
