Join us on the full moon for an exploration of sensuality through movement. Sensual embodiment Workshop & Dance Party in one! Guided session where there are no agendas, well except having fun. Suitable for anyone open to moving, playing & exploring. Connect through breath, heartbeat, movement and sound.
In this Sensual Embodiment workshop, participants will be guided through an exploration of sensations through imagery, prompts, breath, exercises, improvisations & movement. This includes themes of empowerment, passion, Mother Earth, and elements. Participants are completely free to choose how much they engage in the workshop, and encouraged to honour their body's wisdom. Wear what feels good and you're able to move in.

To bring
Water bottle, open mind & heart, layers of clothing for different temperatures
Location/Travel
Blockhouse bay boat club, auckland. We reccomend carpooling with friends where possible. The venue is on the waterfront a short walk along the path from the carpark.
Weather
We’ll be dancing, rain or shine. If it’s rainy be sure to bring an umbrella or jacket to get from the carpark to the venue.
Please note: There will be nasty music (predominantly R&B and Hip Hop) so if that's not your cup of tea this might not be for you. No drugs or alcohol. Space for the freaks no creeps. Let's have some fun! 🔥
