Event description

A full 10 hour day of Face to Face training including Balancing Fiduciary Duty, Marketing, Other Laws, Ethics, DEI 3, Engaging with Councils, Social Media

The event is catered with morning tea, coffee and Lunch.

We provide a printed Super Summary to skill up on will be emailed to you prior to the training. Printed course module is a cost option (this is a no margin service if you choose the printed option)

Registration from 7:30am - 7:45am, then we start at 8am and do the full 10 hours in a fun and engaging environment, taking what you have to do and making it something you want to do!

Over the years, I have enjoyed managing and growing Real Estate businesses at First National, RE/MAX, Ray White, and Lethbridge Real Estate.

As the Principal of First National Lethbridge Real Estate, I am responsible for the growth of the business and the salespeople within the business.

I have also enjoyed coaching and training salespeople for over 20 years and in 2019 started delivering Compulsory Professional Development (CPD) training for the Real Estate Authority.

I found from years of attending many different training events, the training that 'stuck' was generally enjoyable, used spaced repitition and in some ways, was 'gameified'.

We know that the training isn't something that all salespeople look forward to doing, but it's something they HAVE to do. We do our best to make it something they WANT to do.
