Participants have reported feeling:

💖"Went to Cat's sound healing class for the first time tonight and absolutely loved it! The pain and tension in my lower body has completely gone away, really enjoyed the simple soothing stretches that Cat taught and of course taking in the sounds of the crystal bowls, guitar, drums and Cat's beautiful voice. Amazing experience, thank you Cat xx" . 💖

"Feeling the energy as I was walking up the stair to the place, and I didn't know what it was, but it was powerful" -Hasha Palani

"Very quiet in my mind. I feel tingling sensations inside my skull, my brain, inside my solar plexus. I can feel movement in my fingers and toes. On my right hand I can feel energy going to different parts, especially into my joints. then it moved as if it was fluid around my joints it was moving freely like water" "Afterwards I felt so light" 💖💖Robert Ines.

About Cat

Teaching Yin and Jivamukti Yoga (Adv. Jivamukti Yoga Teacher) since 2008. Yoga healed her 2 spinal slipped discs which felt like a miracle. Cat was drawn to the calmness of yoga mindfulness that relieved her from a creative architectural lifestyle that lasted 19yrs. Her classes are influenced by social and environmental issues combined with ancient yogic teachings emphasising meditation and observation, guiding you to find a inner divinity and sanctuary. Teaching to various ages in the community from large vinyasa classes, privates to kirtans (sacred chanting) and sound healings has led to creating multi-dimensional healing practices. Cat is grateful for all her teacher’s teachings as inspired from Jivamukti, Mangrove Sivananda and Yin Yoga training’s (Sharon Gannon, David Life and Sarah Powers), especially for the teaching that ‘love is the cure to everything’. ♥
