Now that you know the process, you know how to BREATH, it's time to JUST BREATH.
This special invite only Breathwork evening is limited to people who have already done a Breathwork workshop with The Breathwork Society.
This special evening is all about you and all about the power of the BREATH.....
No chats, no explanations, you will simply join us in our cuddly special space and straight away we will start breathing. It's an hour straight of Breakthrough Breathwork only then you get to float off into the night back home in your new beautiful state of bliss.
There are limited spots for this special VIP evening so make sure you don't miss out.
Breakthrough Breathwork is completely safe and beneficial for most people, but if you fall under the following categories you cannot take part in Breakthrough Breathwork/ this event.
- Pregnant
- Epileptic
- Schizophrenic
- Bipolar
- Severe mental health issues
