Vipassana Durga - New Moon Dreaming

VIPASSANA DURGA is an age old therapeutic technique popularised more recently as 'breath work'.

These sessions are timed to align with the energy of the Dark Moon as it moves into the New Moon. This offers support both for deeper connection to the essence of one's inner being, and to access more deeply held blockages for release. (IE: emotional, psychological, physical, ancestral ie: hireditary, past life hinderances, and the such like)

Estatic experiences are common as are difficulties related to that which has been hidden.

The aim . . . peace, pleasure and personal expansion through a more authentic relationsip with one's self, and our interconnection with All who are and All that is, in the contect of 'that which benefits one - benefits all'.
