Virtual MyTime

About this event

At MyTime this week the conversation will be guided by you.

Join this peer group discussion to share what’s been happening in your life, the challenges and the triumphs. Ask advice from the group or just connect with families walking a similar path.

This event is facilitated by Pam

Pam lives in Canberra with her husband Tom and their four children. Their nine-year-old son, Christopher, was born with Congenital Cytomegalovirus. They enjoy spending quality time together as a family, creating special memories and raising compassionate humans.

Pam is passionate about empowering new mothers and carers to own their choices. She is currently studying to become a qualified birth, postpartum, and end-of-life doula to work closely with and better support families facing difficult diagnoses in utero, neonatally, and beyond.

Who is this event for?

MyTime is for parents and caregivers raising a child with disability, developmental delay or autism.

During a MyTime session, there is a guided discussion and a space to connect with other families. These discussions offer an opportunity for parents and caregivers to share and learn from each other.
