Vivacious Escapes is MORE than a standard wellness retreat.

We will be offering a full 28 hour Escape and also an 8 hour mini escape option.

The Full Escape includes:
Accommodation at the beautiful Rosemond Sorrento
3 full meals as well as snacks, tea and coffee.
3 workshops & Q&A sessions,

- The effect of Sleep on health with Selina Droessler

* All guests will receive a welcome tote goodie bag on arrival that is theirs to use over the weekend and keep long after.

* All guests have full access to the wonderful Rosemond venue, including tennis court and swimming pool.

* If you would like to do the Mini Escape and organise your own accommodation nearby but would like to join in for Sunday Morning Yoga, you can purchase an add on for this option
